Description

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain project progress.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
  • Address challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Support the project management team in achieving project objectives.
  • Ensure timely communication and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A background in building and construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management tools.
  • A proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
