Overview

Senior Engineer – Finance & HR at Center for Elders' Independence (PACE organization). Our organization uses an interdisciplinary team approach to care planning and implementing high quality, affordable, and integrated health care services for the elderly. The Center includes Adult Day Health Centers and primary care clinics, promoting participant autonomy and quality of life.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer – Finance to oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of mission-critical financial applications within our organization. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reliability and scalability of financial software, and to manage system integrations and ongoing improvements in our financial technology stack.

The Position

Senior Engineer – Finance to oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of mission-critical financial applications; collaborate with cross-functional teams; manage integrations and drive continuous improvements in financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, business analysts, and stakeholders) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet regulatory standards and support business goals.
• Oversee integration of financial applications with other enterprise systems (CRM, banking systems, third-party data sources); ensure accurate, efficient, and secure data flow across platforms.
• Monitor performance of financial applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve reliability, performance and scalability.
• Ensure robust security measures and regulatory compliance for financial applications.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, manage timelines, resources and priorities; coordinate with product owners and departments to meet business needs and deadlines.
• Documentation & Training : create / maintain technical documentation; develop training materials and conduct end-user training; provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting.
