Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for implementing critical HR best practices while ensuring collaboration and communication with the Operations Management team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations strategies, as well as HR policies, programs, and practices.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Manager must be a proactive, hands-on leader with a demonstrated passion for creating value through direct business impact. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, adaptability, and strong networking, reasoning, and time-management abilities. A team player with proven leadership capabilities, the HR Manager will be a strategic partner who drives value-added HR initiatives.
