What You’ll Do

As the EHS Training Specialist , you will be the first line of safety leadership for those entering our manufacturing plants or construction sites. You will :

✅ Lead engaging new-hire safety orientations (in-person & virtual)

✅ Deliver OSHA-required and skills-based training including :

• PPE & hazard communication
• Hand & power tool safety
• Lockout / Tagout, machine guarding, fall protection
• Confined space, hot work, scaffolding, rigging
• ✅ Support multilingual learning with translation tools
• ✅ Verify technical skills through hands-on assessments
• ✅ Maintain training records in the digital safety system
• ✅ Partner with supervisors & Learning / Talent Development to ensure every employee has the right safety qualifications for their role

📍 Location & Travel : Based in High Point with routine travel (15–30%) to EAS facilities and job sites
