Base Pay : $70,000 - $110,000 Annually (DOE) + Quarterly Commission Program with No Cap + Annual Kicker Bonus

Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager in the Septic, Sewer, Plumbing, Electrical, and Other Commercial / Home Services Industry to join our team at A Advanced Septic & Construction.
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, determined, well-organized, and relationship-focused leader to lead and mold our sales team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1.5+ years of B2B Sales in the Home Services Industry, Industrial Sales, or Commercial Sales experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Basic understanding of how septic systems work
- An understanding of the scope of work for septic, sewer, storm, and drain fields
- Integrate sales strategies and proven processes across sales and field technician teams
- Train the Sales Team to build on their skills to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services in the field
- Understand sales process and hold the team accountable for exceeding revenue goals
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team on SMART goals, executables, and results
- Work closely and communicate with Chief Operating Officer, Dispatch, Service, and Customer Service Representatives for optimal customer experience
- Work closely with all divisions to successfully bid, sell, plan, and execute projects sold by The sales team
- Monitor the performance of sales and field technicians and advise them on improvements to maximize customer experience
- Facilitate weekly sales meetings
- Review and approve estimates, contracts, service reports, and invoices
- Troubleshoot customer issues / complaints
- Participate in operations and leadership meetings
- Create and execute weekly training with the sales and field technician team
- Provide and track weekly sales goals
- Provide weekly reporting to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Retain and acquire new mobile home parks (MHP) & property management companies to manage
- Identify and establish relationships with key business executives and stakeholders
- Prepare preventative maintenance pumping schedules AND / OR maintenance agreements with the sales / operations team
- Respond to emergencies and partner with multiple departments to provide timely solutions
- Work across departments internally to coordinate with capital projects
- Provide marketing feedback based on interactions with clients to allow for continuous improvement
- Present direct marketing materials tailored to each potential client(s) specific needs
- Build and maintain relationships by providing excellent customer service while demonstrating the capabilities of our services
- Report results via ServiceTitan CSR Software (or other reporting tools) following all company best practices for tracking purposes
Qualifications
1.5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Home Services Industry (septic, Sewer, Plumbing, Electrical, or other Commercial), Industrial Sales, or Commercial SalesBasic understanding of how a septic system worksAggressive and competitive nature to drive sales growthValid driver's licenseAbility to meet MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) requirements for insurance purposesAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screenAbility to pass a background checkVisual acuity and high level of mechanical aptitudeProven track record of managing othersProven ability to consistently meet or exceed goals and timelinesData and metrics driven mindsetStrong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline with a high standard of integrity and work ethicExceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-driven approachOutstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyStrong computer proficiency, including CRM software, MS Office, MS Outlook, Google Sheets, etc.Basic knowledge of ServiceTitan or other Home Service Dispatch SoftwareAbility to lift up to 75 lbs.Benefits
