Our stable family practice in Glen Burnie is looking to hire a part- or full-time associate dentist. We are a GP office with sister locations in Annapolis and Serverna Park.
Between our two offices, we offer implants, full-arch restorations, sleep apnea, TMD treatment, and Botox in addition to restorative dentistry.
Our in-office technologies include CEREC, iTero, SprintRay 3D printing system, and dental laser.
If you are a recent grad (2-3 years out of dental school or have completed a GPR / AEGD) or someone with experience in corporate dentistry, this is a great way to make a move to private practice.
We value patient care, cultural fit, and a willingness to learn. All else, we will train you for.
You will have the opportunity to learn from senior dentists and be part of an emerging group practice. We will provide mentorship in clinical and business aspects.

We offer guaranteed pay for early months, then commission based on adjusted production. Benefits include medical insurance and a 401K match.
We are also a family-friendly practice that offers flexibility to young parents when needed.
The associate would start with basic restorative dentistry, emergency care, routine exams, and new patient consultation. Over time, we would train them to utilize the in-house lab.
We do not require associates to do hygiene.
