Automotive Delivery Specialist - Subaru

Crown Subaru is hiring a Love Encore Delivery Specialist to perform final delivery of new vehicles in accordance with the Customer Delivery Process and to assist customers with any after-delivery technical questions they might have.

Reporting to the General Manager, the person in this position will perform outstanding vehicle deliveries, properly educating clients, ensuring they begin their ownership experience with a strong level of comfort and full knowledge of the vehicle's high-tech features and functions of their vehicles.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements.
• Programming personalized settings prior to customer delivery
• Setting expectations for length of delivery
• Assessing client knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery
• Explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technologies, focusing on customer comfort level and retention.
• Following up with clients within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional feature operations.
• Resolving client inquires for vehicle technology issues, troubleshooting vehicle technology issues and delivering a delightful experience.
• Directing clients to additional information resources.
• Visiting the client lounge to introduce Product Concierge services and share valuable vehicle technology insights with clients.
• Answering product questions on the telephone and during walk-ins.
• Training the sales and service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to the client.
• This position will be certified in all sales certifications and exposed to all product knowledge as it becomes available and responsible for maintaining the highest level of CSI consistent with goals of the Dept.
• Required to perform delivery of vehicle on and offsite and may require travel overnight in some cases.
• The employee must make themselves available at odds hours to facilitate delivery at customers’ convenience.
• Follows up with clients after the sale to assure delivery went well, there are no issues with vehicle.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and customer service skills approachable, cheerful, helpful, etc.
• Ability to complete detailed paperwork.

• Obtain customer signatures on invoices when delivering vehicles.
• Develops and maintains a high level of cooperation with your co-workers.
• Communicates any problems during pick up or delivery immediately to your Service Manager and Appointment Coordinator Setter.

Requirements :

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to understand, explain and demonstrate technical features of various automobiles
• Current Driver’s License and ability to meet US employment and Crown’s eligibility requirements
