As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Google Cloud Platform is growing its global footprint and product offerings, while changing the way the world uses computing. Capacity at the right place, at the right time, in the right form is a prerequisite to meet customer needs, enable GCP business growth, and run the business efficiently. The team is building a customer focused capacity planning team with the goal of providing a consistent, predictable and collaborative capacity experience for GCP customers.

As a Program Manager, you will help drive Forecasting and Execution strategies by orchestrating alignment across teams and incorporating business intelligence and baseline / event driven inputs. In addition, this role will drive process / system improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams. You will also drive portfolio-wide business strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to drive scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
