SAP Manager

Company - Chemical Title - SAP Manager Location - St Louis - Hybrid Type - Fulltime Pay range - $120-130K annually (Depending on Skills and experience) MUST HAVES : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 100% Technical FICO Experience : A strong background in accounting (AP, Cost Accounting, GL) before transitioning into IT is highly desirable. Experience : Minimum of 10 years of professional experience working with the SAP FICO module. Hands-on experience with configuration and implementation. Participation in at least 2 full life-cycle SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have been a key participant, not necessarily a project lead. Hands-On Technical Skills : Must be able to "walk the walk" and prove hands-on capability, including the ability to go into IMG (Implementation Guide) to troubleshoot and configure the system. Proficient in all aspects of SAP FICO configuration, including but not limited to : Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), FSCM Credit / Collections / Disputes Management, and Product Costing. Communication : Arguably the most important skill for this role. Must be able to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience and business stakeholders. Professional Skills : Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and independent. Capable of handling a wide range of tasks from basic support to project-based work.
