The Role :

You'll wear multiple hats-supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration while helping to strengthen company culture.

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries.

Administer benefits, leaves, and performance processes.

Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
