Common Job Responsibilities across most of the Medical Administrative roles can include :
- Calendar Management
- Travel arrangements
- Ordering Supplies
- Act as the general administrative liaison for department
- Other administrative duties as needed
Entry level :
- Customer service approach as Admin roles support department and / or team
- High School Diploma / GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- Familiarity with MS Suite (Outlook especially)
Intermediate level :
- High School Diploma / GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- 1 year of Administration experience required
- Intermediate-Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite
- Customer service, attention to detail
Sr. Level :
- High School Diploma / GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative work experience required
- Customer service, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
Executive Assistant Level :
- High School Diploma / GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years of related experience required
- Customer service, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
