Job description

Director of Imaging Services (Multi-Site)

Salary Range : $131,705 – $210,724 / year (based on experience)

A dynamic healthcare system is seeking a strategic and operational leader to oversee imaging services across 4 or more sites . This role requires director-level experience managing multiple locations . Strong managers with experience overseeing multiple sites and modalities and EPIC are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement imaging strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Operational Oversight : Ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient imaging operations across all locations.
  • Growth & Development : Identify opportunities for service expansion and technology adoption.
  • Financial Management : Lead budgeting and financial performance across departments.
  • Team Leadership : Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaboration : Serve as a liaison with clinical and administrative stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • ARRT, CNMT, or RDMS certification required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Proven success in multi-site imaging operations and team development.
