Key Responsibilities
Process new product orders and confirm initial orders
Manage instructor onboarding, offboarding, and reactivation
Perform duplicate record checks and update daily tracking processes
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant work experience in customer and administrative support
Proficiency in Google applications and preferably cloud-based CRM
Must have a personal computer, reliable high-speed internet, and quality headset
Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Customer service-oriented with adaptability to various scenarios
