We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to lead and enhance our HR operations while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various departments to meet organizational goals.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to address future staffing needs.
- Promote a positive candidate experience that aligns with company values and culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Facilitate performance management processes such as goal setting, reviews, and career development programs.
- Implement training programs to upskill employees and support their growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations by maintaining accurate employee records and collaborating with legal counsel as needed.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing guidance on performance, team dynamics, and HR best practices.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in HR systems, including HRIS and other human resources management software.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and employment laws.
- Experience managing onboarding, benefits administration, and absence management processes.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective training and development programs.
- Excellent organizational and administrative management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
