As a Relationship Manager, you'll focus on growing direct revenue, retaining high-net-worth client relationships, and expanding business within your portfolio. You'll align with clients' sophisticated financial needs, investment objectives, and the organization's strategies, while actively building the client base through networking, community involvement, and exceptional relationship management.

What you need to succeed includes a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships, expertise in investment and wealth advisory services, a collaborative approach to ensure seamless client service, strong financial acumen, and relationship management skills to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $170,000 - $200,000 for the San Francisco, CA market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. Additional total compensation and benefits details will be provided during the hiring process. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
