Senior Accountant - CT Licensed

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the general ledger, prepare financial reports, and assist with audits and budget processes

Provide training and support to junior accounting staff and serve as a subject matter expert for ERP implementations

Perform financial analyses, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field plus 7 years of accounting / auditing experience

Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Experience with complex financial transactions and integrated ERP systems

Master's degree or relevant certifications may be considered toward experience

Preferred : CPA certification
