We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating transactions, maintaining client records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about real estate. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $28 - $33 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to real estate department.
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and open houses.
  • Prepare and process real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and disclosures.
  • Maintain and update client database.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Handle general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and ordering supplies.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., MLS, DocuSign, CRM platforms).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
