What You'll Be Doing :

  • Leading and coordinating engineers, drafters, and other staff to deliver high-quality designs
  • Serving as the primary client contact, educating and guiding clients through site development and approval processes
  • Managing the scope, schedule, and budget of projects to ensure successful completion
  • Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior staff and engineers
  • Presenting projects at public hearings and planning commission meetings as needed
  • Representing the company professionally to clients and the public, promoting a positive company image
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities through client relationship management

    • About You :

  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Client-focused mindset with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or actively pursuing licensure preferred
