Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Software Lead Architect to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define, design, and implement robust platform solutions for Data Management. This role requires deep expertise in data governance, management, and regulatory compliance frameworks such as USGCI, GDPR, HIPAA, and others.
Key Responsibilities :
o Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and translate them into secure, scalable, and compliant data platform architectures.
o Lead technical workshops and architecture sessions with customer stakeholders.
o Defining end-to-end architecture for data management and security platforms, including data ingestion, storage, processing, access control, and auditing.
o Design solutions that ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, USGCI).
o Develop reference architecture, blueprints, and best practices.
o Integrate security-by-design principles into all platform components.
o Ensure data encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and secure data lifecycle practices are in place.
o Conduct risk assessments and compliance gap analyses.
o Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, DevOps, legal, and compliance.
o Collaborates with system owners and engineering leads to ensure consistent data standards, lineage tracking, and metadata management across distributed platforms.
o Mentor and guide development teams on secure coding and data handling practices.
o Stay current with emerging technologies and regulatory changes.
