Job description

Agents are responsible for actively seeking new clients through :

  • Open houses, door-knocking, sphere-building
  • Social media presence that doesn't scream "copy-paste template"
  • Past client follow-ups, referrals, and farming systems

  • Build your pipeline like it's your business—because it is. Use open houses, social media, referrals, and CRM tools to stay top of mind and top of game. Client Communication
  • Be prompt. Be professional. Be human. Guide your clients with care, clarity, and confidence from first hello to final closing. Listings & Buyer Services
  • Whether you're repping sellers or buyers, you manage showings, negotiate offers, write contracts, and coordinate every moving part like a boss. Accountability & Growth

  • Work smart. Be kind. Stay hungry. Bring the vibe. That's how we sell homes—and build legacies—at The Melcher Agency. Qualifications : Minimum Requirements : Active Arizona Real Estate License (Non-negotiable, Gotta be legal to be lethal.)
  • Valid driver's license + reliable transportation (Because "Sorry, my Uber's late" doesn't close deals.)
  • Familiarity with contracts, listings, MLS, and real estate transaction processes (We'll train, but we won't start from zero.) Tech & Marketing Basics :
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and online lead platforms
  • Able to navigate email, calendar scheduling, and Zoom calls without a meltdown
  • Bonus : Experience with Canva, social media, or making your listings pop online Skills We Love
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (confident but not cocky)
  • Solid time management and follow-up habits (aka you don't ghost your leads)
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a cool head and can-do energy
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented (no one's chasing you here—you're a grown-up) Personal Vibe Requirements :

  • Have 1+ year of active sales experience
  • Already have a book of business or solid sphere of influence
  • Can strut confidently through both luxury and first-time buyer territory
  • Love dogs, cats, coffee, local events, and memes. (Not required, just… preferred.)
