Job description

Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is in search of Pre-weigh Operator for a medication manufacturing company in the city of Lynwood.

Pay Rate : $18 / Hr.

Schedule : Monday to Friday Weekends as needed.

1st Shift (5 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM)

Please note that all candidates will train on 1st shift for approximately 2–3 months.

Qualifications :

  • Basic Mathematical skills.
  • Good communication.
  • English / Spanish Bilingual.
  • Must be Flexible w / OT and weekends as needed.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Logging, recording, and keeping documentation.

Position responsibilities :

  • Ability to follow formulas, critical instruction, and batch OTC (over the counter) products.
  • Ability to navigate and perform transactions through the Oracle inventory system.
  • Attentive to batch characteristics, type, and weight of ingredients.
  • Will operate critical (equipment, valves, pumps, etc.).
  • Understand adjustments to temperature, time, and speed controls required by compounding formulas.
  • Must be able to record, document, and clean all materials used during the mixing process.
