Responsibilities

Identify and recruit influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring deliverables are met.

Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing support and guidance as needed.Requirements

Fluent in German (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.Previous experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.A creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of trends.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
