Service Stability Lead

The IAM Service Stability Lead, within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department, empowers users by ensuring high availability and exceptional performance of our enterprise systems, enabling them to pursue their missions securely and efficiently. This role focuses on controls automation and validation oversight, ensuring that IAM systems are not only resilient but also compliant and auditable. The Service Stability Lead is responsible for designing high-level schematics of the infrastructure, tools, and processes needed to support these goals. They will monitor production systems, analyze performance, and develop or enhance monitoring scripts to proactively identify and resolve issues, driving continuous improvement in service reliability and control effectiveness.

Position Responsibilities :

Design and Refine

• Works closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas and vendors to identity, review and evaluate the solution requirements.
• Investigates and proposes strategic fits for virtualization, consolidation and rationalization solution opportunities within the infrastructure or business.
• Proposes changes to the technical architecture and design solutions as applicable.
• Evaluates and aligns strategic fit solutions across infrastructure platforms and solutions specific to system hardware and software technologies.
• Understands, participates, reviews and influences long term capacity planning and technology investments.
