We're looking for a Business Development Representative - someone thoughtful, persistent, and motivated by growth through quality connections.

You'll play a key role in turning targeted outbound outreach into meaningful product demo bookings and help us establish a repeatable, scalable pipeline for our Change Playbook launch.

In this role, you will :

  • Develop and launch highly personalized, ICP-specific campaigns across LinkedIn and email, focused on delivering initial value and insight to prospects.
  • Craft clear, premium-aligned copy and run structured A / B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Qualify prospects and secure demo appointments while maintaining warm, professional communication.
  • Manage data and tools (lists, automations, analytics), maintain data accuracy, and report on weekly KPIs.
  • Keep systems synced (Lead list ? HubSpot ? Mailchimp), track performance, and propose structured improvements.
  • Execute outreach aligned with our premium brand voice and privacy standards.

This is a full-time (40 hours / week) or part-time role (around 2425 hours / week), spread across five weekdays, with collaboration centered on Central European Time (CET / CEST).
