We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious logistics sales professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our business forward.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with individuals, utilize digital platforms, and employ innovative strategies to expand our customer base.

Candidates should reside within 30 miles of our Wixom office, possess 3+ years of experience in logistics sales, and be eager to leverage their extensive industry expertise to secure new customers.

We seek an individual who is self-motivated, creative, diligent, and a team player! The role entails both phone and face-to-face meetings.

Attendance at in-office meetings and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. The office is located in Wixom, and daily in-office presence is required.

The office is located in Wixom and is a necessity for this role. Salary of $65,000 - $80,000 up to six figures by using a tested and proven sales process plus a generous commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Managing lead generation development via various channels
• Follow up with existing and potential connections to acquire new clients
• Manage all KPIs for yourself, report them, and be committed to KPI goals
• Attend all assessments and company meetings on the calendar
• Generate leads through existing sales processes
• Project a warm, inviting, and trustworthy image on the phone and in face-to-face meetings with potential clients
• Following a proven and tested process that can build up to a six-figure income

Qualifications

• 3 Years + Logistics Sales experience
• Experience with consistent and confident follow-up with connections
• Action-oriented skillset

Compensation

$65,000 - $80,000 yearly and attractive commission structure
