SPEC Athletic is looking for a Regional Project Superintendent to help manage the delivery and installation of Sports Flooring Projects across our Western Midwest region (ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO).
As a Regional Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the material delivery, installation schedule, and day-to-day demands of simultaneous projects, working to deliver within schedule and budgets.
Superintendent rolls will include, but not limited to :
- Frequent site visits for upcoming and current projects
- Communication and coordination with General Contractors, Facility Owners, etc, for scheduling and material delivery
- Communication and coordination with installation crews and subcontractors, scheduling upcoming installations, and providing work orders
- Coordination with the SPEC project managers in planning, mobilizing, and executing SPEC projects
- Managing the installation schedule for the Superintendent's region
