Program Manager - Transmission and Distribution
PFES is currently looking for a Program Manager to lead and support a team of Project Managers focused on large scale electric utility infrastructure projects out of Omaha, NE.
The Program Manager T&D Projects is responsible for strategy alignment and coordinative oversight for the safe, efficient and economic execution of electric transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure projects within the Major Projects program of projects.
Major projects are broadly defined as new or rebuilt bulk electric level infrastructure required to connect and integrate new or existing generation assets or supporting infrastructure, including owned renewable (solar, battery, wind) assets, large customer interconnections, or other program level initiatives.
Position will collaborate with sponsors, leaders, and subject matter experts across all technical disciplines to define specific project scope and comprehensively plan, prioritize, resource, measure and report on progress, delivery, and impact or benefits realization.
This role is responsible for maximizing the value of strategic consulting partnerships by serving as the main point of interface between a 3rd party consulting group and our client for all stages of projects in the portfolio from initiation through construction and commissioning, demonstrating agility to accomplish project milestones and deliver outcomes.
