How you create impact

Processing and posting of business transactions such as receivables and credits from our logistics services

Creation of accounts receivable and their further processing

Checking incoming payments for completeness and posting of the corresponding bank details

Regular review of accounts receivable for outstanding receivables

Close cooperation with the receivables management / dunning department for outstanding invoices and open items

What we would like you to bring

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

Ideally, experience in accounting or, alternatively, initial knowledge as well as motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics

Confident handling of MS Office programs

Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a high affinity for numbers

Confident appearance and assertiveness with simultaneous service orientation

Independent way of working and team orientation

Knowledge of English desirable
