Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout.

Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and subcontractor performance.

Enforce strict safety and quality standards across all phases of work.

Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain alignment on goals.

Lead site meetings, track progress, and resolve field issues proactively.

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.

Supervise field personnel and foster a collaborative, efficient jobsite environment.

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and as-built records.

Travel nationwide to lead multiple project sites as required.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience supervising ground-up commercial, industrial, or data center projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Deep understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and technical documents.

Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced, travel-based environments.

Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making on site.

Proficient with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
