As a Program Manager I , you will work independently under the direction of the Senior Program Director and Subject Matter Experts, owning end-to-end account management for partnerships. Deliver partnership excellence and serve as the main point of contact across the partner Journey, managing activities of a division-wide or department-wide program for the achievement of the program's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of partner accounts from onboarding through project delivery, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional contributors to deliver contracted services on time, within scope, and aligned with partner expectations.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, collect partner feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and relationship growth.
  • Develop project timelines, track milestones, and adjust delivery plans to accommodate evolving partner needs or changes in project scope.
  • Support contract scoping, resource planning, and forecasting activities in collaboration with senior program leadership.
  • Maintain program timeline, including tracking deadlines for program deliverables.
  • Develop and manage program budget, schedules, and material resources.
  • Coordinate the development of program materials, including educational materials, marketing materials, , forms, and reports.
  • and manage the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
  • Oversee training for program participants.
  • Coordinate and manage program outreach activities, including acting as a liaison with community organizations.
  • Ensure program data and progress are reported to program stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
  • Participate in the development of program resources through literature searches, contact with outside programs, and review of funding opportunities.
  • Participate in appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession or area of research.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Preferred Schedule :

    Fully Remote. Mon-Friday 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.

    Position Requirements :

    Minimum Qualifications :

    Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

    Minimum education : Bachelor's degree

    Minimum experience : 6 years

    Preferred Qualifications :

    Preferred education : Master's Degree

    Preferred experience : 8 or more years of progressive experience in program management, client engagement, or account-based . Experience in managing multiple projects or partner accounts with accountability for outcomes and satisfaction
