Lead implementation of our SaaS platform
Identify opportunities to drive business growth and collaborate with internal teams to bring them to life
Consult on best practices to enhance engagement and adoption, maximizing our products' impact across the board.
Collaborate across different tiers of our organization, crafting best practices and facilitating connections that nurture client

Who are you :

With a bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Over 4+ years of experience in construction project management, site engineering, or field operations

Deep understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and challenges

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, youll work directly with clients and internal teams

Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment

Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies

strong presentation skills and be capable of designing and executing a roll-out strategy
