National Account Manager Digital, Amazon for OB Lighting & Fans Portfolio
The National Account Manager, Amazon, will partner with our team to accelerate growth across some of our most important customers.
This role will lead digital account management end-to-end, including business planning, promotional strategy, content optimization, and operational excellence. The National Account Manager, Digital will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive sales growth, ensure compliance with brand standards, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across all channels through digital optimization.
This is approved to be a remote role anywhere in the US. The ideal candidate will be near, or have easy access to Charlotte NC, Corona CA, or Atlanta GA markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account strategies for Amazon.com, aligning closely with OB Lighting & Fans Portfolio objectives
- Manage day-to-day business operations with Amazon and have expert level understanding of vendor central and navigation within the Amazon business, including promotions, marketing campaigns, pricing compliance, and digital merchandising initiatives
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets by using data-driven insights, understanding customer goals, and influencing digital platform decision-makers
- Partner with Marketing, Channel, and Product teams to ensure online assortments, content, and imagery are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion
- Monitor and analyze competitive trends, customer behavior, and category performance, translating insights into strategies that strengthen digital market share
- Lead promotional planning and execution, including calendar alignment, funding negotiations, and ROI measurement
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Demand Planning to forecast sales, manage inventory flow, and ensure product availability across digital fulfillment models
- Ensure compliance with MAP and reseller policies across digital accounts, calling out and addressing violations as needed
- Deliver digital line reviews, business updates, and platform-specific strategy presentations to both internal leadership and customer partners
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to enhance operational performance, including order flow, fulfillment rates, and service level agreements
- Champion digital-first standard processes across the organization, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement in online sales performance
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree (BA or BS or equivalent experience) required; MBA preferredMinimum of 7 years of professional experience in e-commerce or digital account management, preferably within home improvement, lighting, or consumer goodsProven track record of growing sales on major digital platforms (FergusonHome.com, Amazon, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Wayfair, etc.)Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including 1P vendor programs, 3P marketplace models, direct fulfillment, and omnichannel strategiesMeticulous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlinesExceptional communication and presentation skills, able to build relationships and influence both internally and externallyStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver resultsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with vendor portals such as Amazon Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Home, and Lowes / THD supplier platformsExperience with digital merchandising, content syndication, MAP enforcement, and promotional strategy preferredSelf-motivated, dedicated to achieving goals, and able to work autonomously or as part of a diverse teamWillingness to travel up to 15%, including occasional weekends, as requiredAt The Minka Group, we care for each other. Pay Range : $6,374.70 - $13,933.70
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
