We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to maintain CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, an eye for detail, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2nd shift : 2 : 45 pm -12 : 45 am, M-TH

Salary : $18-20 based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Interpret technical documents including CAD models, G-code, work instructions, and setup sheets.
- Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds to optimize machining performance.
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMMs, and other precision instruments.
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues related to tooling, programming, or part quality.
- Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and quality control logs.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with engineers and programmers to improve processes and resolve production challenges.
- Uphold safety standards and comply with company and industry regulations.
Requirements
High school diploma or technical certification in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines (HAAS, Mazak, Fanuc, DMG Mori, or similar).Strong understanding of G-code, CNC controls, and machining principles.Proficient with precision measurement tools and GD&T.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Benefits
