Senior Design Engineer

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Senior Design Engineer Metals to join their team. This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in the design and development of advanced enclosure and component solutions. You’ll lead projects from concept through launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to life and enhance existing offerings. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead product development initiatives from initial concept through to production launch.
• Prepare and release detailed design packages and documentation.
• Analyze product requirements and design data to ensure alignment with project goals, cost targets, and industry standards.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation of new product ideas.
• Drive continuous improvement by maintaining and upgrading existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and engineering change notices (ECNs).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and testing standards.

Qualifications and Skills :

Compensation Range : $100,000 - $130,000

Benefits Offered : 3 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
