We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Medical / Telemetry Nurse (RN) on our Medical / Telemetry Unit. If you are a dynamic and compassionate nurse looking to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Medical / Telemetry Nurse, you will :

• Engage with patients and families to assess their psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diverse needs.
• Construct and implement personalized care plans using your nursing expertise.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, setting goals and discharge plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs.
• Collaborate with designated care partners to address the educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Utilize effective communication practices to ensure seamless transitions in care.
