What You'll Do as a Mixing Machine Operator :
- You'll have a crucial role in skillfully blending raw materials to maintain consistent, top-notch products.
- Operate mixing equipment by following specific formulas.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and follow procedures to guarantee quality.
- Monitor processes, making adjustments as needed.
- Record production data for clear tracking.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
- Uphold safety regulations while handling materials.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might :
- Have prior manufacturing experience
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Have the ability to follow instructions and work independently / collaboratively
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have basic math skills for measurements / ratios
- Need to physical lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
