What are the Treat Truck Manager Job Duties?
Working alongside our amazing in-field and home office teams, you’ll :
- Seek to obtain catering and partnership opportunities
- Coordinate and schedule all private and public events
- Recruit, hire and train a Treat Truck team
- Plan and budget for future events : including truck permitting and maintenance, purchase of food and paper goods, staffing, and menu offerings
- Master and uphold Andy’s Frozen Custard’s high standards of operations
What Makes a Great Treat Truck Manager?
- This is an extremely hands on position, so must be able to physically work all shifts taking care of our guests and staff
- The ability to drive and park the 40-foot-long Andy’s Treat Truck
- A highly friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual with great communication skills
- Previous experience with management, local store marketing, and catering
- Knowledge of surrounding events and opportunities where the Treat Truck can participate
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Food Manager Certification
- Working knowledge of Google Drive, POS, and inventory / scheduling software
