Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across HR functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance

Lead new hire orientations and manage end-to-end onboarding processes

Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative support

Experience with event planning and budget management is a plus

Strong organizational and analytical skills
