NewcrestImage is hiring a Housekeeping Room Attendant for one of our amazing AC Hotel & Residence Inn Dallas Downtown property.

We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant that will be responsible for assisting in the readiness of our rooms.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are as follows :
- Clean guest rooms or other hotel areas as assigned, ensuring the established standards of cleanliness.
- Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints, seeking assistance from leadership when necessary.
- Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
REQUIREMENTS : High School degree
High School degree
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Well-groomed and professional in appearance
Willing to work on weekends and holidays if required
Effective communication skills
