Were seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead large-scale, high-density data center builds from the ground up. This role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a direct impact on cutting-edge AI infrastructure projects.

The position

• Oversee full-cycle execution of greenfield and brownfield data center construction projects.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and trades to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to spec.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Drive a zero-incident safety culture across all site operations.
• Coordinate CSA and MEP trades; proactively resolve issues in the field.
• Track progress, costs, and resources; prepare reports and recovery plans where needed.
• Oversee QA / QC, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Partner with internal design, procurement, and operations teams for seamless handoffs.
• Administer construction contracts from award to closeout.
