As a Customer Service Call Center Manager, you will be developing reports that aid us in our goal to provide the best customer experience possible, using KPIs to see where we excel and where we may need additional training.
The right candidate will be a friendly, well-organized self-starter, with a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to effectively collaborate with our diverse team.

Compensation :
$35,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Assist the customer service team by monitoring reports documenting multiple components of the customer service team
- Work closely with top leadership to problem-solve and implement procedures
- Work closely with the customer service manager to better maintain the customer service team
- Implement new reporting and KPI configurations to best monitor processes
Qualifications :
- Must be organized
- Must have attention to detail
- Knowledge of different analytic monitoring processes
- Proficient understanding of KPIs
