AVP-Market Development- Consumer Accessories

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary AVP to lead our accessories business across the enterprise and drive end-to-end product lifecycle management. This role is accountable for strategic growth, high-impact partnership development, operational excellence, and innovative product leadership. The AVP will oversee cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue, expand market share, and deliver exceptional profitability across multiple channels and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Set and execute the vision for the wireless accessories business, ensuring achievement of annual revenue, unit, market share, and profit goals.
• Drive business expansion by launching new channels, markets, customers, and product categories.
• Develop and implement strategies that align with company pillars and long-term objectives, ensuring competitive differentiation and sustainable growth.

Executive Partnership Management

Product Lifecycle & Portfolio Management

Operational Excellence & Transformation

Financial Management & Business Analytics

Team Leadership & Talent Development

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stakeholder Communication

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 7+ years' progressive experience in telecommunications, technology, product management, or related fields. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale businesses and managing products through their full lifecycle. Proven track record negotiating complex commercial agreements and driving cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.

Preferred Skills

Expertise in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!). Deep knowledge of wireless & wireline accessories and telecommunications industry. Experience integrating emerging technologies to fuel business and product innovation.
