Position Overview :

Trucco Inc. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and strategic Controller to join our leadership team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. This role will play a critical part in supporting the company’s financial health and long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and monitor internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate and support annual audits and tax filings.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Work closely with other departments to support operational and strategic decision-making.
