Good Samaritan Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our dedicated Home Health team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their homes, while coordinating services to ensure patients and families receive the support they need.

Shift Details : Flexible schedules are available (40hrs, 32hrs, 24hrs, or scheduled PRN)
