Comprehensive Benefits Package :
The expected base salary range for this position is $117,450 to $182,500. This salary range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
Job Summary
The Senior Director, Product Management & Strategy is a leadership position directly enabling the company's growth, including revenue growth and market expansion, client retention and transition to next-generation platforms. The position is responsible for creating, implementing, and communicating the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a line or portfolio of products. This role's responsibilities include owning and defining platform requirements in coordination with key internal stakeholders. This role ensures alignment of product strategies with business objectives and client needs, identifying, understanding, and prioritizing features and functional releases for the platform, and translating the requirements for product launch. This position provides leadership to a team of product managers, setting strategic direction and adapting departmental plans and priorities to meet short-term service, operational, and commercial objectives. The Director is accountable for the performance and results of the team and is expected to coordinate cross-functional input, allocate resources, and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives in alignment with customer and business needs.

Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science or related field.
Certifications / License / Registration Requirements :
None
Qualifications / Experience :
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Software Engineering roles, with at least 5 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare technology, AI / ML / NLP, or data analytics.
Functional understanding of the broader clinical research process, clinical operations, and / or multiple clinical software systems (e.g. for clinical site support, patient engagement, safety, regulatory review, etc).
Commercial software delivery experience in a 21 CFR Part 11 validated environment is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully launching products.
Demonstrated ability to make rapid and complex decisions that optimize across multiple, and at times, competing objectives.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced strategic planning, execution, and influence skills.
Results orientation, team player and holding self and others accountable for achieving results for customers and the business.
Demonstrated ability to operate and influence at the team level in a complex, matrixed environment with the ability to develop product strategies and execute across multiple sets of customers, internal stakeholders and products.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical matters to technical and non-technical individuals, and to all levels of management.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Business acumen with experience driving product commercial success (e.g., contributing to revenue growth, market expansion or product profitability) is highly desirable.
Proven customer-centric approach experience engaging directly with clients or end-users and translating client feedback into product improvements or new features.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Overall responsibility of management including direction, coordination, performance, and evaluation of the assigned team and staff. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
