SOAR Autism Center is looking for caring and enthusiastic behavior technicians to provide 1 : 1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for part-time (less than 20 hour / week) and full-time (20-35 hours / week) positions. Monday through Friday schedule. We are open 9am-7pm Monday through Thursday. We only ask that employees work 2 evenings per week. On Fridays we are open 9am-3pm

Responsibilities Include :

• Provide quality 1 : 1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and independent living skills
• Record daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
• Maintain objective daily session notes
• Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors

Qualifications :

• High school diploma
• Associate's or Bachelor's strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Registered Behavior Technician strongly preferred
