- Position Overview We’re looking for a dependable, people-focused Service Advisor – Customer Account Specialist to join our Lawton team.
- This role is a true hybrid of service writing, cashiering, insurance verification, collections support, and customer success coordination.
After a customer completes their initial steps with the leasing department, you become their primary point of contact — guiding them through service needs, insurance updates, and payment coordination to ensure long-term success with their vehicle. 📧 Please note :
Initial communication and interview scheduling will be handled by email , so check your inbox regularly after applying.Key Responsibilities Act as the daily cashier and customer contact — process payments, post receipts, and assist with account questions.Two days per week :
verify and update customer insurance to ensure compliance with lease requirements.Two days per week :
perform service advisor duties — open and close repair orders, track parts purchased and resold, and document repairs accurately in the Dealership Management System (DMS) .Use ALLDATA or similar tools to verify labor times and create accurate repair estimates.Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair progress, account updates, and insurance information.Coordinate with technicians and vendors to ensure timely, quality repairs.Support the collections team by following up on service-related account issues and helping customers stay successful.Maintain organized records, assist with scheduling, and provide daily office support.Qualifications Knowledge of automotive systems and service operations .Background in service writing, cashiering, insurance verification, or collections preferred.Strong communication and customer-service skills.Must be able to follow processes.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) a plus.Benefits Competitive pay Paid Time Off + Holidays Simple IRA Retirement Plan Sick Pay + Life Insurance Consistent weekday schedule :
