About the Role
We're hiring our Founding Solutions Engineer to help our customers unlock the full value of Juicebox - both during the sales process and post-sale onboarding. You'll work closely with AEs, CSMs, and Engineers to guide customers through implementation and integration.
This is a crucial customer-facing role for someone who loves blending technical depth with clear communication. You'll be a trusted advisor to recruiting teams, agency leaders, and Talent Acquisition teams, helping them succeed with AI-powered sourcing.
What You’ll Do
Support mid-market and enterprise customers on onboarding, data integration, and best practices
Own the technical implementation of customer workflows (e.g. ATS integrations, SSO, email integrations)
Help build playbooks and scalable solutions for future customers
Translate customer needs into product feedback and represent the customer in internal prioritization and roadmap discussions
You’re a Fit If You...
Have 3+ years experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Are comfortable working directly with customers and explaining complex ideas clearly
Have technical fluency (APIs, integrations, authentication, logging)
Are organized, curious, and proactive about problem-solving
Thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments where you're building the playbook
Are based in San Francisco or open to relocating (in-office 5 days / week)
Nice to Have
Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or AI
Exposure to tools like PostHog, HubSpot, Clay, or Linear
Experience with REST APIs and JS frameworks like Node.js and Next.js
Prior experience working closely with product and engineering teams
