We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our call center team within our compounding pharmacy. This position plays a vital role in supporting patients, providers, and internal pharmacy operations.
Position Overview
We are looking for either an experienced Pharmacy Technician or a Customer Service Representative who excels in communication, accuracy, and multitasking. The ideal candidate will assist in managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating prescription information, and providing top-tier service to patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound calls from patients, providers, and facilities.
Accurately document and process prescription information.
Communicate effectively with pharmacists and technicians to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Verify patient and provider details in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Assist with general office and call center workflow as needed.
Qualifications
Current Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration (or eligible).
Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Prior experience in a medical, pharmacy, or call center environment preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
