We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our call center team within our compounding pharmacy. This position plays a vital role in supporting patients, providers, and internal pharmacy operations.
Position Overview
We are looking for either an experienced Pharmacy Technician or a Customer Service Representative who excels in communication, accuracy, and multitasking. The ideal candidate will assist in managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating prescription information, and providing top-tier service to patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound calls from patients, providers, and facilities.
- Accurately document and process prescription information.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacists and technicians to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Verify patient and provider details in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Assist with general office and call center workflow as needed.
Qualifications
For Pharmacy Technician applicants :
Current Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration (or eligible).Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.For Customer Service applicants :
